Well Ms. Dinah and NO-AAH,how about checking something called proven facts? Does opinion trump facts? (Oops, is that too political?)
Lets see; Is it Iceland or Greenland that has been refreezing for the last couple of years – science has proven that the sun has already started to go into a 40 year hibernation, that is why NASA is sending a probe to the sun next year! Why is exaggeration and no science king?(Gore-itis)New word. Seems there is always someone, who is in need of attention, that would measure water levels during and after a stormy season – does no one remember the dry last 5 years? Amazing!

Weather patterns have been changing for billions of years. The sun is hot the ice caps are cold. The ocean level will be what it will be and men have very little to do with it. Taxing companies with the proposed carbon exchanges is only going to penalize job providers. More individual authority to do what we can as individuals is the answer – not more governmental control. Individuals incentivized to do things can change the world. Forcing someone through higher taxes is a great way to destroy things.

Everybody should wake up and look at the geological record. We’re an industry of statistics – if it’s happened before, it’s likely to happen again. These warming and cooling cycles have been going on since the earth first solidified. Humans may have accelerated the cycle a bit, but like it or not, we DO NOT and CAN Not control it. Our ancestors were smart enough to stay mobile. When climate changed they just migrated to somewhere more suitable. We’ve developed such a sense of possession that we are no longer capable of admitting that change is inevitable nor of adapting to it.

I wonder how this is working out. Almost 5 years later, I’d assume Florida would be under water by now. Welp…. Guess not. Fact is, the sea level is changing at the same average rate it was in the early 1900s – rising, but not much. NOAA says the Antarctic Sea Ice extent is the largest it has been since 2015. Arctic Sea Ice extent is about average this year compared to the last 40 years.
