So pharmacy’s would have to prohibit selling “hillbilly heroin” to folks to avoid being sued. Then the addicts would merely rob the place to get their fix. Simple………….
I think this is a bunch of BS. People are responsible for their own actions. Laws like this and drug addicts are the reason why people like my husband who is confined to a bed because he worked his ass off in a coal mines can’t get medicine for his extreme pain. Laws are made to protect the druggies, not the innocent people who take their medicine right.
