    Interesting case and interesting issue of what constitutes “knowledge”. I do believe that this issue often gets much more complicated as there are always questions about who filled out the application, what the question on the application means – is it straightforward or ambiguous, etc. There can also be a number of other issues such as how much disclosure is needed and what if there is a scrivener’s error.
