    Anyone passing a stopped school bus should face at least 30 day suspension of drivers license plus a mandatory $1,000. fine. A driver of any vehicle strikeing anyone entering or exiting a school bus that is stopped with flashing lights and stop sign out, shall be charged with fellony hamoside!
