Nobody forced this guy to drive his scooter in the street. Having to retro-fit an entire city with “ramps” for the few people who would use them is no cost-justified. If the family was so concerned over his safety, why didn’t someone just give him a ride to where he was going? But now there’s a profit to be made. Don’t you love the American legal system?
