I’m sure the Charleston verdict was over-turned. People in nursing homes are generally frail, physically and mentally. The risk of them getting injured or dying is exponentially higher than a younger, healthier person. No should expect a nursing home staff to be able to protect them 24×7. The conditionally loving failies who put them there won’t pay for it.
