    Who’s Horton? Don’t you people have an editor? Horton is not introduced except as “Horton.”

    This is complete BS. Not one earthquake has ever been proven to have been cause by hydraulic fracturing, which has been used over a million times in 60 years. And for the record, California’s equivalent of the EPA has stated that neither has it ever resulted in polluted ground water.

    So there.
