Not condoning in any way the group’s activities or racist views, and in no way am I an ACLU radical, but I still have a bad feeling when there is discrimination against a group for political or ideological reasons even if they are abhorrent. Having said that, I know of other states that have denied applications from topless clubs and adult video stores, so maybe there is a constitutional way arouond it.
