The ACLU should be tried for treason. They obviously went out of their way to solicit this alien client to make some quick money. The guy was in this country illegally. The only duty owed him was reasonable care, not a comprehensive medical work-up. It was a pre-existing condition and his widow deserves nothing. I hope the state defends this vigorously. This lawsuit should be an insult to every American citizen.
