He spent 17 months in jail for drugs (gallon of date rape drug in his car) and hit and killed a pedestrian in 1994. I think the world will be a better place for the next 12 years with this guy behind bars!
There are slime ball attorneys and then there is this one WAY at the back of the pack. Sure hope the countersuit sticks for some big $$ & the attorney has to pay it.
The sleazy lawyer that took this case is his sister. I read a more detailed article on this yesterday and the suit alleges that the car driven by the defendant suddenly changed from the left lane in to the plaintiff’s lane which, in turn, didn’t allow plaintiff to stop in time, thereby causing him to hit them in the rear. They also allege that the police didn’t take this information in to account based on the plaintiff’s prior criminal record which included other DUI arrests. I know blood is thicker than water but this is just absolutely dispicable!!! Any judge reviewing this should sanction this woman for what she’s doing and the defendents should cross claim for intentional infliction of emotional distress even knowing that they won’t get anything from this degenerate.
