What about the mother being charged by the State for submitting fraudulent documents when she got child support? What of the State’s time and money she wasted processing fraudulent hearing requests, child support modifications, wage attachments, etc.?

Would it have made any difference if he went to jail for non-payment of support? Support he did not owe? If I were the kid, I’d sure my mom, too! Shame on her and those of her ilk.

The legislature in all states must make super strong penalty provisions for women who do this.
