    Here’s a compromise. Eliminate the cap, but instead, cap the contingency fee of the personal injury attorneys so more money goes to the plaintiff. Attorneys have ridden the coat tails of their clients for too long, particularly when liability is un-contested. They add little to the process and reap huge fees.
