    It’s good to see a state taking such a hard stance against 1st time DUI’s…..mights save some from a 2nd DUI or worse. Too hard! Impossible! I like a drink, but I also won’t drive if I’ve had one drink, I’ve been an adjuster too many years and seen the consequences. Good for Tennessee!
