People have no clue what they do to an organization when they embezzle money. The morale of the office drops exponentially. The people that hired them will question every hiring decision afforded to them in the future if they even are willing to participate. Their colleagues will feel betrayed and guilty for associating with them. I hope they get convicted and serve a long sentence. They were getting paid to handle insurance claims and instead of servicing their clients they were spending their time stealing from their employer. That is the ultimate low-life.
