You seem to forget that the law has been broken. This is not simply a case of one being offended, but rather a case of ongoing violations of civil rights in society. Just obey the law and no one will be offended.

I think the management should have told the “guests” to take their luggage find another place to stay. Their request was unreasonable. I am disappointed that the Haitian thinks the world should change for him. If he thinks it’s so damned bad here, he should take his Haitian a ss back to Haiti where he’ll be accepted by everyone. He isn’t owed a cent.

“Give me your tired, your hungry, your poor” ….. and your terminally offended. Quit being a puss thinking that your sensibilities are worth $75K. Very poor attitude and business sense at hotel but this does not mean you are entitled to five times your typical salary. Breaking news fella!

Wow. Did you guys seriously choose to remark on a story about racism by including your own racist remarks?? How pathetic is that. You’re all pieces of ****.

If it makes any difference, the “offenders” were British.

I agree with Costello. Even though I don’t think this is worth $75k a law has broken. They need to pay for their wrongful act. If this wasn’t a Haitian immigrant but a disabled veteran or an African-American most of these comments wouldn’t have been posted.
