if he didn’t want an education? So all he wants is to play in the NFL or a settlement? and because of his injury he was shocked to find out that there was no insurance? Who put him up to this, who else would benefit, but an attorney, they type of lawsuit that makes for payouts for claims for coverage not underwritten…nuff said, Robin?

    Hummmmm…Decroy…. need we say more???

These kids think they’re the next greatest thing and all should bow at their feet – step aside and prepare for the next coming… Most likely he could have been a one-n-done and gotten nowhere – of course god forbid he should be going to college and taking up a spot that someone who wants an EDUCATION could fill!

Insurance aside – why didn’t his parents follow up on the insurance before they agreed to let him participate – Its a well known fact that FOOTBALL IS A CONTACT SPORT… and can lead to SERIOUS INJURY…Even if his mama wasn’t on the ball – a freshman in college should have the brains to make sure all the i’s are dotted and the t’s are crossed if he was such a stud headed for the NFL – Afterall, he was in college…

Good for the Judge – Hope the appeal is denied.
