Safest way to deep fry a turkey is to find a professional company to do it for you. It’s REALLY dangerous to do it yourself.

The only danger is when there’s a turkey using the fryer.
Make sure you are using the correct type of cooking oil for your fryer.
We don’t need some expert to tell us. People are so flippin stupid (or drunk)
Hey fellers, lookit this…….
I dont know if its common sense, I have to admit, Id try to put out the fire with water, in fact why cant you?
Is it like a greece fire? Would it spread the fire? Even outside away from the house?
Ever try to mix oil with water? If you’ll pay attention, you’ll see the oil just floats on top… which would also hold true for FLAMING oil on top.
Just like a grease fire, water will only serve to spread the problem…
Hey fellers, watch this!!!
It is not “Hey fellers lookit is…”.
I can tell you are not really Southern.
It is …
“Hey yaw, Watchis”.
But in reality it is…
“I know what I am doin'”.
Yes Doug, it’s like grease, hence the term frying! : ) Sorry, I couldn’t resist.
