The punishment is disgraceful and amounts to little more that a slap on the wrist. Here’s some rich, arrogant, egotistical, careless punk who just had to have a racing vehicle on public highways to prove his manhood. It sounds like it was a company car. This kind of car is built for only one thing……..SPEED. Now some poor ******* who worked all his life is dead because of this jackass who gets probation and community service. That’s American Justice?

harsh! While this guy was reckless, and he admitted to it, I can bet he didn’t wake up that morning thinking he was going to kill that nice old guy. Accidents happen. thats why there isn’t any stupid exclusion in insurance policies.

    1. Accidents are caused. Besides, it was a crash, not an ‘accident’.
    2. Totally agree with Yup. Maserati? Glad to see majority of settlement came from personal assets…
    3. Harsh? Didn’t someone die? Check your course Bos’n.
    4. And lastly, sometime we just have to recognize there will be a higher accounting for our actions.
