    Nice exaggeration there at the end by the lawyer. Over pricing drugs is the same as slavery! He obviously graduated from Stephen Colbert’s school of “everyone i disagree with is Hitler.”

    Hitler no – Slave Trader no – crooks yes – The fox is guarding the hen house in this case-No oversight equals fraud waste and abuse. All along the healthcare ladder are crooks who have been overcharging Medicare and Medicaid for YEARS and getting away with it –

    “The decision is a blow to the state’s cash-strapped General Fund budget, which funds Medicaid and other non-education state agencies and could have used the money to ease budget cuts.” — This is the frightening issue, that because of the failure of the state to properly budget they are relying on lawsuits to make them whole. And it’s not just Alabama or one party it is Demo’s and “Compassionate Conservatives” Republicans In Alabama speak “Momma always said if you want it save for it.”
