Chief Alderman is a belligerent, small-minded clown who should be fired. Not only did this happen on his watch because he failed to institute proper follow-up procedures, he refuses to admit thing could and should have been done differently. What’s even worse, if this happens again, he’ll get the same unacceptable outcome. Mytrle Beach needs to recruit somebody with some brains who will take what was learned from this disaster, and plan accordingly.
