This was no swimming pool “accident”; the guy drowned. The article doesn’t say why. If he was such a stellar athlete and was in the deep end of the pool what caused him to drown? Alcohol? Drugs? There’s no mention of whether this occured at night. Murkiness of the water wouldn’t be a factor in the dark. Sounds like another southern jury making an emotional decision.
