Does the money go directly to the homeowners or to the mentally challenged organization that they must all belong to? How you they be so irresponsible as to not procure insurance, especially in a hurricane prone area!
Since those 70 people were so irresponsible as to no purchase insurance, maybe they were made to stand in front of the tee boxes, ya think? I would have put them there!
