The State Of Florida has denied approximately 2300 claims (monthly) since 2003. Numbers don’t lie! Ask yourself? Who wakes up in the morning, and actually is looking forward to filing a claim? The numbers don’t add up! My claim is just one of many that was denied, then forwarded to mediation to settle. Again! Who denies a claim? Then tries to settle with yourself in good faith? I was eventually offered a contingent settlement of $75,000 pending Medicare accepting less than 20% of what they were owed. Being my first initiation in to the system! I understand now, that your meant to accept the settlement. The rest that has followed since my final hearing, can only be imagined in a Third World Country Court. I have already relieved myself of my former counsel, not knowing better till after the fact. Basicly, everything is questions till after the fact, with regard to gaining answers. Currently I’m in the process of appealing the State Supreme Court, because, I just found out that if your given a “No Opinion Affirmation”- your so called “Due Process” is over! So told! Basically the 1st DCA are substituting for the State Supreme Court. You know like a teacher sub! Florida is the entity that needs the whistle blown on it! Blantantly my 4th and 14th Amendments have been violated. Not to mention the stipulation of 210 days to recieve a final hearing- it only took myself double that! Hey guy’s we’re only a statistic! Honestly! Your going to lower an attorney’s commission and think you still can receive fair or equal representation? I wish every one luck! Because your going to need it if you don’t accept the settlement. It’s a long road and truly nobody cares! Trust is false hope!

Hang in there Mr. Swanson…I hope your case gets resolved ASAP and you get your entitlement that is well overdue. I hate politics, especially in Florida. Corruption is everywhere but the “rubber stamp” politicians keep getting re-elected all over the state. God Bless.
