If I were a voter in this town, i would suggest that the city has too many red lights in the town, and they need to eliminate half of them. Would save on the electricity, maintenance, and light bulbs.

The city of Lakeland, FL is proud to announce it’s new plan to artificially generate revenues. The city’s primary source of revenue is trailer parks so it needs a boost to cover increasing expenses.

The new plan is called F.T.P. (_uck the public) The first step is traffic cameras, followed by a soon to be announced tax on public toilets and water fountains in public parks. Currently under consideration is a sex tax. The city believes this to be worthwhile since now the people will be getting screwed twice.
