I’d be interested in others comments on this one. The dead guy was trying to cross a major highway when he was nailed. Normally, highways are for drivers of vehicles, not pedestrians. The guy should have walked to an intersection and crossed safely. Everybody seems to be assuming he was impaired and should have avoided hitting the guy. Does the simple fact that Stallworth blew a .126 make him liable. Being an athlete it’s entirely possible his body could handle that level of alcohol with no diminished capacity. As for the speed, the 10MPH difference between 50 and 60 seems insignificant.
