    After the storm, the banks just have send two banks staments and a hand written hardship letter to the goverment to modify for a bailout.

    life’s a beach when you live on the beach, aint’ it? if you move inland, then you wouldn’t have so much to complain about. except tornadoes or flood, probably.

    The HO policy in my state requires the homes be occupied since occupied homes have a different experience than those not occupied. Unoccupied, bank owned homes will not be renewed. So, many will be uninsured by the time hurricane season rolls around. Maybe they can all be covered by Citizens insurance?
