Since the oil companies are reaping all the profits let them pay to upgrade the tanks. Why does everyone expect the poor ******* who’s working his a ss off to foot the bill for everything?
#1 – this new law should have been put on the back burner at this particular time with the economy in a slump-small businesses are having a hard enough time.
#2 – What would be wrong with having annual inspections to the tanks already in place – if tank doesn’t pass, allow specified period of time to replace, and if not in compliance make the owner cease selling fuel and drain the tank.
#3 I am getting extremely frustrated with our Governor – Where and WHAT is he doing to help Florida’s EVER GROWING Insurance Crisis – Does anyone think he’s doing a good job here in FL??
