Please tell me what public street is actually “designed” in such a manner to be safe for a dragster to light em’ up… especially a street lined with spectators????
I’m sure the street is just fine for any normal operation of a motor vehicle –
I don’t know of any road that is supposed to prevent accidents when idiots are put behind the wheel of a race car…
So sue the city – that’ll show em… And I’m sure the sponsor of the event knew the yahoo would try to burn the rubber off the times if it wasn’t safe…
