These poor people are getting bent over by State Farm. Their emotional stress must be overwhelming. Then again, since their fake evidence did not pan out, they seem to have gotten over their emotional distress. Maybe I need to look at this in a different light.

“It is sad that it has taken two years to get to this point. And it is appalling Dickie Scruggs was allowed to game the system and use his unfounded allegations in this case to dupe politicians and prompt scandalous headlines and stories from the news media…”

In the meantime, Scruggs was caught up in an unrelated judicial bribery scheme

“It is clear in the motion filed by the McIntoshes’ current lawyers there is not and never was evidence showing bad faith or negligence by State Farm.”

People who were in any way associated with that piece of human garbage named Dickie Scruggs have no credibility. When you try to scam an insurance company with phoney evidence you should be beaten and thrown into the street. The country would be better off without the states of LA and MS.

Well Rosie, they must like getting it bent over then, because it sounds to me like they got paid off somehow OR they were confronted with enough evidence to show that they are fraudulent criminals who should be thrown in jail, not paid money!
