The last time I looked, chimneys were made out of non-combustable materials (there is a fire at the base of most of them). How in the heck would a lightning strike on a chimney ause a house to burn down? $3 Million home, probably couldn’t continue payments after the interest-only ARM readjusted, sounds suspicious.
