I just don’t understand why the Federal Government always has to stick their noses into places that are making improvements and progress. WV’s Gov. Manchin is dedicated to implementing safety plans that will save miners if another “Sago” happens. He’s also smart enough to get details from the men who are in the trenches and would be using it for their own safety, not a bunch of fat, office, Federal employees who have probably never been underground except for a tour or “inspection”.
Wouldn’t the ones putting their lives at risk know best????Just another example of Washington clogging up the gears of progress!
