West Virginia Salvage Effort Leads to Fire

    It just keeps getting better. Where else can a so-called “professional salvage company” set a building afire by carelessly and negligently using freaking torches near combustible materials? “normally”, the salvor will position a look-out to check for things around the site that may catch fire. OH, I forgot. This is W.Va. and “normal” doesn’t apply.
