    State monopolies on wc are run like government agencies and it ruins the system. WA needs to talk to WV and then convert.

    I agree. WA, ND, MT, and OH are all corrupt in one way or another. ND has looked into how a denial can be fair if the judge works for the insurance carrier? OH just cleaned up their corrupt environment. Free market is the way to go.

    I totally agree with lastbat. Washington seems so determined the stay with their monopoly, employers need to stand up and push their representatives to make some progress on this issue. Oregon’s rates are going down almost 6% this year, Washington’s are going up 3%.
