I’m not sure I follow what actually happened. When I had a problem with my carrier after Wilma, I was informed of the mediation. In fact, went to the table with Tower Hill. Although mediation was a waste of time, but it was the opportunity for Tower Hill to say they were compliant.

Sink, a banker, knows little about insurance, and McCarty typically does what is politically and personally expedient. Butler has little, if any authority, other than to do what he is told, or leave.

If what is alleged is proven, it will not be a great surprise to those who watch Florida insurance politics.

What state are they referring to here? The State of Florida? In the pocket? That’s a joke. They hate private insurers and private enterprise. Florida appears to be operating in an alternate universe.
