Here, Here…..a voice of logic. Agree w/you MM that people who choose to build on the coast that close to the ocean do so at their own peril and their property should be uninsurable. They don’t pose a “risk” of loss, only a question of “when”. I’m tired of their whining over what will happen with a “high tide”. Tides have been an earthly phenomenon since the beginning of time. Somethings you just don’t do. Like screw with mother nature.
