That’s like saying the gun shot the storeowner during a robbery. People who don’t watch for oncoming trains are incredible idiots and are 100% at fault. The tracks don’t move, the trains don’t chase the cars, why is the crossing at fault? I have seen a few results of these stupid people in person and those monsterous piles of metal coming down the tracks scare me a lot. Makes me pay a lot of attention. Darwin strikes again.
