    Wonder how much they would have sued for if the school didn’t graduate him?

    Why only one plaintiff ? Of all the states in the Union, this one may have the highest ratio of ‘underserved’ high school students in the US – if the schools really are ‘to blame’ for his deficiencies then why not use the schools own systems of redress to get him reading?
    Yes, I know….because pltf atty doesn’t get paid that way

    This could be a class action. The whole state of West Virginia is a potential plaintiff. I didn’t think they taught reading until college in West Virginia.
