The declaratory judgment suit sounds clear and proper to me.

What is it with you posters? Could it be that you aren’t schooled in court procedures, or is it that you aren’t schooled in anything.

why is it taking so long — afterall, was this not about KATRINA? did we not find that the insurance companies are trying to pay as little possible? this is a school, we should be making sure that we pay to get it fixed and make sure that kids have a good place to school. insurance company suing the school, next thing you think that the insurance company will sue the individual students and faculty.

    PAY UP!
