It is nice to see governor Crist has found yet another source of funds for Florida from the insurance industry.

Seems like if the Worker’s Comp Trust is overfunded, the first option might be to consider offering refunds back to the premium payors.

The real effect of Christ’s plan is a tax to businesses owners in Florida that citizens do not have to vote on.

Does she realize that she is a Democrat?
Why is it that in Florida, we have Republicans (Gov Crist) who are well on the way to destroying whats left of our economy, and then we have the lone Democrat that seems to have a head on her shoulders and is acting like republicans used to. Maybe they should both switch parties to stop confusing us. If McCain picks Gov Crist as a VP candidate we will get rid of Charlie 2 years ahead of time, but then he is a heartbeat away from the oval office and we likely will get Jeff Kottcamp, (liberal repiblican personal injury attorney)to set in for the remaining years of Crists term. What the Heck is it with Florida????

I really haven’t been following this yet. But McCain isn’t dumb enough to pick Crist, is he?

Sink is correct on this issue and thankfully she is speaking out. Raping or sorry Sweeping the Work Comp Fund is just darn stupid!
We have been dealing with a work comp crisis for the past 7 years and finally it is getting under control and rates have been coming down. I don’t know if Gov Crist is lazy or just plain ignorant to propose raiding the work comp fund.
He has a vendetta against insurance companies and the insurance industry. But ultimately the taxpayers and small business will pay under his proposal!
