For a 5/6 months a year resident in Florida, PIP is a very unfair charge during the period when in England. How can my vehicle be involved in an accident during that time?

Doesn’t your company offer a suspension of all coverages except for COMP while the vehicle is parks and you are in England?

How can you suspend a coverage that is required at all times by law whether the vehicle is driven or not?

If a policyholder fails to maintain PIP coverage, the State of Florida may suspend the policyholder’s driver license and vehicle registration
