    Yeah…..because FOUR YEARS just wasn’t enough time for you bunch of dolts to address the issue with the time and effort it deserved.

    One of you geniuses didn’t even understand the fundamental concept that the insurance companies couldn’t just snap their fingers and slap PIP back on all the policies instead of having to wait until 1/1/2008 to have the new law take effect.

    Comforting to constituents to find their leaders are passing laws on businesses and subjects that affect folks this profoundly and they don’t even have a fundamental knowledge of how the industry they are legislating works. Under laws passed BY THEM!

    That’s nice. That’s real nice.

    agreed. Everyone in Fl. needs to read their policy and understand what they have. The media and the FL DOI are not helping explain the situation very well. PIP is garbage and is the main source of fraud in Fl.
