    This attorney thinks he is going to change the way insurers handle claims, think again. With the amount of fraud in auto insurance claims alone, if a company did not handle claims in an aggressive manner, they would be out of business in less than 2 years. Every injury is major when there is insurance. If the other party is uninsured, the damages are minimal. Attorneys first want to know the limits of the policy prior to disclosing a damage amount. WHY? I think we all know that answer…

    I agree AZINSMAN. But, Allstate is rather dumb to place all of the rules they are using trying to settle claims in the hands of a computer program. Unfortunately the insurance industry is being led by State Farm and Allstate, who want to make the adjusting process one that a trained monkey can perform.
