I kind of hope DuPont is able to beat this one. I’m not a “big corporation” guy myself, but DuPont is usually a very responsible company and their science is VERY good. It does look like people are just looking for deep pockets on this one. Something to keep an eye on and see if it winds up in the textbooks.

If DuPont allegedly knew about the pollution since 1919 then it’s obvious the plaintiffs knew about it as well. Why did they stay around. Seems like someone is just searching for deep pockets and a free ride.
