You would think from reading this article State Farm volunteered to re-evaluate these claims out of the goodness of their heart. I suppose the litigation preceeding their decision had nothing to do with it? The fact that a jury found against them and found puntitive damages had nothing to do with it? The $29.8 Million additionally paid shows how State Farm tried to low ball their insureds. These are the facts.

Fact man: These apologists ignore facts. Do not confuse them with the truth. Their only recourse is to make personal attacks on you when they have no answers.

Yes and these volunteers from SF were probably the highest paid.
They did it for publicity and it worked.Just like the Hurricane in Fl…first on the scene in their expensive mobile homes(which is a good thing).
There is no doubt that SF is a well established ins comp but they tried to get away with something on a technicality that would have saved them the figure you see in payouts and they lost.
Companies are known for this. That’s why you get so little cooperation in claims.
Handlers wing it except for a few of the golden rules!THE LAWS! If a claimant can recite the law to the handler then the handlers a** is strapped to the seat to get that claim perfect.

The latest news from Florida is that all connected to State Farm are being rounded up and executed. Those who also dared to not agree with everything Super Adjuster Joe has said will be rounded up and placed in work camps. It’s only right, they are criminals. The words State Farm will be purged from all documents and statues throughout the kingdom. So let it be written, so let it be done. What a bozo.

Glad to see that you still have no answers for the truth. Shows no news has gotten by me. BTW, there is still a chance that some State Farm employees will get to do hard time. You have nothing to worry about though; it will be managers and above only. I understand you are only a team leader.

You are a very strange person. I don’t work for State Farm or even know anyone who works for State Farm. You apparently know much less than you think. I will repeat the same thing I have said before, if they are wrong, let them be punished, if they are judged not to be wrong, they won’t be. Nothing you or I post on this site will make one bit of difference. This is an opinion site and my opinion is that you are a strange and disturbed person.

I am an independent agent from PA, not connected with State Farm in any way, and agree with your comments.

You are a highly exciteable type. Ease off and enjoy life. State Farm can be crooks and I can still enjoy life. The two are not mutaully exclusive. You might have a heart attack or stroke at this rate.

    Aside to Rick:

With you not being famliar with the gulf coast, you might want to learn a bit more. I spent two winters in New York and Pennsylvania. Not bad territory.

Adjusterjoe, I changed your comment a little: You are a highly exciteable type. Ease off and enjoy life. State Farm can be crooks. The two are not mutaully exclusive. You might have a heart attack or stroke at this rate. Backatcha. And this isn’t from Nobody Important or Rick.
