Mississippi DOES TAKE CARE OF THEIR OWN!
WE SALUTE THE GOVERNOR ON DOWN>>>>
FOR TAKING CARE OF THE PEOPLE FIRST!

The Governor GOT THE GRANT FOR MS….
HE MADE SURE THIS MONEY GOT INTO THE HANDS OF THE VICTIMS RESIDING IN MS.
THIS WAS DONE IMMEDIATELY, WITHOUT RED TAPE & PHOTOS.
Bless All Officials in MS for A job well done,,,With money left ove
    r MS BEGAN A 2ND GRANT,
PHASE 2 which is almost complete.

As of this day, August 8, 2007
Road Home has lost several million by issuing grants to homeowners that did not qualify and were not in the flood.

They slow Play the Victims, sitting on the money that is making millions in interest, while victims suffer and wait.

LA Officials who formed the Road Home and who hired this company to run Road Home when they do not know anything. They don’t know what time it is….
    & they don’t care…..
Because They were already paid up front and in the millions…
just to give us the money that our USA gave to us
because we were the actual victims, survivors of the worst natural disaster in US History.

ALmost 2 years they have not distributed half of the money.

Mistakes made denying grants that were qualified.
Mistakes mad issuing grants that should have been denied.

They added stipulations & made us jump thru hoops.
Mandated that the homeowner must live in the home for 5 years, then they changed it to 3 years.

They obviously don’t know how to distribute the money to the victims but

They have figured out a way to cheat
every homeowner out of $20,000 PER GRANT.

    ……….IT’S CATCH 22 ……….

    Attn: America
    Thanks for the Grant,
but the Officials are stealing it.

Please help the people in LA
    Officials Holding the Grant
    and Stealing $20,000 Per Grant

ROAD HOME OFFERING DUPLICATION OF BENEFITS, THEN KEEPING THE MONEY

    Homeowners WITH FLOOD:
    1. Already have $30,000 ICC, Elevation Benefits with Flood Policy eff on Aug 05.

    2. Road Home takes an average of $21,000 from the $150,000 Maximum Amount and offers this $21,000 as ELEVATION BENEFITS.

EX: You Qualify for Elevation Benefits:
    $21,000.
    Your Total Grant Award: $150,000
Grant Award will be $130,000 if you do not want to elevate your home.

ROAD HOME KEEPS THIS AMOUNT, $21,000 they
    OFFERED AS ELEVATION BENEFITS…
Instead of the Homeowner being awarded
    $150,000…..THEY WILL RECEIVE $130,000.

    If the homeowner does elevate….
    using ROAD HOME ELEVATION BENEFITS….
along with ICC Elevation Benefits in their flood policy…..
ROAD HOME WILL CONSIDER THIS A DUPLICATION OF BENEFITS!!!!
THEY WILL LATER, DEMAND A REFUND,,,,
A WAY FOR THE BANK INCHARGE OF ROAD HOME TO PROFIT BY MAKING THOUSANDS OF $20,000 LOANS…TO ALL PRE-QUALIFIED HOMEOWNERS WITH EQUITY.

    HOMEOWNERS WITHOUT FLOOD:
    30% Penalty Deducted from Grant

We have jumped thru Hoops applying to the Road Home. They lost a few hundred thousand applications and we had to complete them again.

    We were Finger Printed;
    We were Pictured, as in Mug Shots;
    we scheduled appointments,
when & where they told us.

    ALmost 2 years now….
The money that the USA gave to Katrina Victims are in someone elses hands.

    Shame on Every American
That will not Stand up to THIS GREED,
    CORRUPT OFFICIALS INVOLVED.
This kind is what have given the Politicians a bad name.
Stand Up or Move Our our way!

    PLEASE HELP, THE PEOPLE…..

    SHOW ME THE MONEY!!!!

    NOW’ with INTEREST.

My daughter just told me her agent said the Wind Pool would now only allow a maximum deductable of $500 and they changed her deductable. She had a $2,500 deductable prior to this change.

Give credits to homes that stood up to Katrina- little or no damage! Our home is 30 years old, but has hurricane clips and a steel braced garage door. It’s a sturdy little thing. We have plywood with Plylox to put on windows for hurricane. Our Wind Insurance is $1700. We are not in a flood zone, but have flood insurance and also have to carry HomeOwners Insurance. It adds up to about $3000!!!
