    KWA–Could be that carriers are being sent an interesting message by others…,(kinda’ like Canada did health care wise), so as to protect the greatest resource…the people they both actually answer to.

    But, when the wind arrives and blows everything down, it is the citizens of Florida who foot the bill. Pay now or pay later.
