I did bash the Army Corp. on the NO issue. Of course why anyone would want to try and build a city below sea level in the first place is questionable. Be that as it may, please don’t stroke out over this. Have you seen the movie “Analyze This”?

Never saw it? The film musn’t have been that popular.
Now I am not stroking over this.It seems that each time the govenor of Florida comes up with something good, and it’s not all good, the guy still gets roasted.

If they are putting this facility in an area where people, well, people are that bad(Floridians) then they should have the resources to deal with that issue.
Ray Nagan (spelling) had no clue of what they were doing nor did the states govenor. They tried to push the blame on The President.
Govenor Crist is taking a proactive approach to the very issue that everyone has been complaining about;hand outs to Floridians after a CAT.
By they way if Florida were on the map or not I would still have a job due to the Southwest CATS,Midwest CATS and so on.A claim is a claim is a claim.Coverage is the key!
The scale at which a CAT is initiated is the same no matter where you go and may differ from company to company. What the storms in the Gulf did do is awaken people that they best get their tales some insurance coverage because if the insurance company does not provide you coverage,(under a republican president)the government may not bail you out either which is the way it should be.
I think Christ should be a model for all states to cover their own tales in the event of such losses.
You can’t control Mother Nature nor can you predict her course or severity!

But think! Most of the people that have criticized the state of Florida will no longer have something to complain about.
The wealthy buying their condos and home on the shore will pay their fair share in insurance H.O premiums and maybe those who are les fortunate will receive a reduction.
It’s sad to say but this country helps all these other countries out with money, food and the likes but when one of our own needs help everyone pisses and moans.
I think this idea Crist has come up with is great because there will be more storms and at least they will have put some sort of plan into place which is more than any other state can say.
