What do you expect he is Senator Trent Lott’s brother in law, so you think a Bush attorney would go after him?

Congrats to the judge that wanted to prosecute Scruggs, but The southern good old boy network will live on, particularly when it comes to lawyers and politicians. The members of the money families in the south will continue to bilk the system until they die. I’m not surprised Trent Lott has kept his mouth shut about his infamous brother-in-law. He certainly doesn’t want to draw attention to himself.

If we were in their positions (US Senator or successful class action attorney) we would get just as slimey as them.
