With all the uninsured mobile homes (see previous article), and MHs in Florida must be tagged as a vehicle, the vehicle salvage business can help with the debris generated by the next storm. Oh yea – maybe they should go ahead and buy an additional 20 or 40 acres! And no, I don’t have any empathy for those folks ELECTING to buy a mobile home – Folks, it is a depreciating asset, don’t even try to justify buying because of cost.
