I don\’t believe that the smelling of drug labs is within marshall Seckman\’s job description nor any of its critical elements. If he lost his job or suffered some other disciplinary action because his nose wasn\’t working, then perhaps I think he may have a gripe against the medication maker. If marshall Seckman was out arresting illegal aliens/terrorists instead of executing the various state\’s jay-walking and parking tickets he wouldn\’t need the nose he messed up by taking the OTC medication. With the overly generous salary and benefits the taxpayer has to provide for the marshalls, you\’d think they\’d spend some of their loot on seeing a doctor; or maybe they want free medical care also.

I don\’t know about the Marshall\’s sense of smell, but something about this smells mighty fishy to me!
Whassup, Marshall? Tired of working and looking for the easy way out? Want to chase yet another drug company out of America?
    Good grief.

This sort of frivolous lawsuit is driving up drug prices and discouraging research and development in virtually every business in this Country today. It isn\’t possible that during his work sniffing out Meth labs the good Marshal was exposed to the toxic and noxious materials that such labs use to create their poison, is it? No, better to sue an American manufacturer who presumably has deeper (or at least more accessible) pockets than the Meth producers. And Workers Comp is probably not nearly as financially rewarding as a good old liability lawsuit.

I smell a RAT, sniff, sniff. If we had fairness in our tort system, the loser would pay the defendant’s cost of defense. It would weed out the rats quickly but leave the real cases. He wants a jury trial because most people have no understanding of chemistry and biology which is the only hope of pseudoscience.

You all are *** holes and do not know the first thing about what this man may be going through. Everyone is so quick to pass judgement on somebody based on a freakin article, well get a life…to all of you. U.S. Marshal is spelled with one L dumbasses, and sense of smell is in the job description of ALL law enforcement officers.

The Marshall is in the company of hundreds from a variety of professions including medical doctors who have also filed lawsuits against Zicam. There is ever growing medical evidence to show that zinc gluconate kills cells including that of the human olfactory epithelium. Due to a huge loophole in the current FDA jurisdiction as a homeopathic product, the makers of Zicam are currently unaccountable to any authoritative body that requires them to prove it’s safety. However the veterinary drug Neutersol used to sterilize male dogs is under FDA jurisdiction. The active ingredient is none other then the same zinc gluconate as used in Zicam. Does anyone remember the wonderful product called asbestos and how long The Grace Company fought to convince us it was safe. Or the tobacco industry who argued for years that smoking did not cause cancer. Zicam is dangerous if inhaled and there is zero warning for the consumer. However, as Americans we are all free to be naive. Use this product at your own risk while convincing yourself that Marshall Seckman and the hundreds of others who have filed cases against Zicam with the FDA are all part of a well organized conspiracy. You can also inhale kerosene for your aliments if you prefer since there are no warnings against this either.

Masonman you should really get a life if all you have to do is judge a man that you have never met. Grow up and join a blog about something that might actually make a difference instead of griping about something so petty! Oh and by the way DUMBASS is one word, you could make it two if you’d like, but I prefer the correct spelling thank you.
